School's out . . . and the race to the sun is about to begin
People will be flying out of Britain in their droves this weekend as schools begin the long summer break, bosses at the region's biggest airport have said.
But tourism bodies across the West are also predicting a bumper summer, with millions still feeling the pinch.
Managers of Bristol Airport are forecasting 1.2 million people will pass through the terminal in July and August, with traffic returning close to levels last seen at the airport in 2008.
