The North Dorset Community Resource Team
The North Dorset Community Resource Team supports people in mental health recovery, we are a team of 7 workers from the NHS and Dorset County Council, our base is at the Peacemarsh Surgery in Gillingham. We link with community mental health teams across the North Dorset Locality (Blandford, Shaftesbury, Sherborne and surrounding villages)
We aim to focus our work on the individual person and their recovery by enabling people to access community resouces which may aid their recovery. Examples can include: * Hobbies and interests * Sports * Education and training * Arts * Cultural and spiritual. * Help in finding & maintaining work -
We use our extensive community contacts to do this.
On this page of the site you will see examples of our work to date, but remember we offer an individual service to MEET YOUR NEEDS.
For further information please contact your mental health team or call us direct on 01747 823035
