Conservation The North Dorset Community Resource Team are continuing to work in partnership with several different conservation groups/bodies in undertaking various projects across Dorset. We meet every Wednesday or Thursday (Dependant on job/venue) and would welcome you as a volunteer. Why come and make a difference to the environment? Free Computer Lessons In Sherborne.On Wednesday Mornings in Sherborne there are free computer lessons at the Four Leaf Clover drop in centre. The sessions are from 10am to 12 noon and are open to anyone.

Saturday Indoor Market Every Saturday at The Exchange Sturminster Newton.
Art Group at the Exchange Want to improve your artistic skills?, why not come to the Art Group which meets at the Chivrick Room in the Exchange between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm every Saturday. The Art Group is open to people of all abilities and covers different techniques at a pace accustomed to you. At the same time all ages are welcome to join and if you are doing GCSE or A-level art you can boost your portfolio with qualified teacher guidance. The entry fee is £7.50 per week or £5.00 for young people aged 14-16. Each week is charge individually so if you are unable to come every week you will not lose your money.

Other Regular Events
HOPEA new drop-in centre has been opened by the Shaftesbury Carers Group. It is open from 10.30 am until 4.00 pm on a Tuesday, Wednesday and a Thursday. The entrance is located in the car park behind Toby's (opposite the jobcentre). Any one welcome for a cup of coffee and a chat. It is a new venture, any one willing to volunteer or who has ideas for future projects please contact Eileen on 01747 852088.
