Employment and Recovery
On the 11th May 2009 The North Dorset Community Resource Team in partnership with Enham employment services and Maximus employment and training launched an employment service for people in mental health recovery across North Dorset.
This service is free, independent and support is individually focused to enable people to reach their employment goals. Support may include help with benefits, access to specialists, practical help, on job coaching, interview skills, CV writing. There is no time limit on this support so you will be able to work at your pace.
We have lots of local knowledge and contacts to enable people to prepare for and make work a achievable goal. We will also support you with benefits and other possible barriers to work to make you better off finacially and support you to make this transition to work a positive one.
Please explore other links on this page for more information or visit your local mental health team where there are leaflets to hand. If you would like to talk to someone directly please call Lynne White on 01747 823035.
