I have tried to collect enough information for you to make your own mind up. while the naturally talented got all the tutoring and support. back
then it all seemed so much effort for so little reward. The thought of
going into the environment of the super fit filled me with
dread so why keep on going.Or reasons for exerciseSo why keep on going you may well ask? Is a question that there are many answers.It is not the home of the super fit just people like me, and nobody minds if your not at the same level as they are you may even find that there are people who you out shine in fitness. I have never seen anyone made to feel unwelcome or frowned upon. Another reason is that I actualy feel better for going. I know you've heard it all before but it is true life is made that much easier life takes less effort. And you can feel smug with yourself for having made the effort having found the motivation. It seems that every time you mention exercise someone says endorphins, which come in this part but I will explain later. Before you start
You should see your GP before starting a new exercise programme if: you have high blood pressure,you have heart disease, you have joint problems, or you are over 60 years of age and have not exercised for a while. This dose not mean that that you should not exercise just take advise first. Getting startedExercise can be as simple as a walk to the shops and back (which is also good for the environment).going jogging or playing a sport (football, golf. cycling excreta.). But advise from a expert is useful to get the amount of exercise right for you, there is no point in going like the clappers on Monday to be too (*******) tired to do anything until a week next Tuesday.
